New address

ImprovedVintrhall moved to a new server and now lives at wms.homescreen.pl. Your data, accounts and integrations came along unchanged; sign in once on the new address.

Sign-up by invitation

ImprovedNew accounts can now be created only from an invitation. Without one, the sign-up page says registration is closed and the sign-in screen no longer links to it. Invited teammates sign up exactly as before.

Clear message when Google sign-in finds no account

FixedSigning in with a Google address that has no Vintrhall account now brings you back to the sign-in screen with an explanation, instead of silently dropping you on the home page.

Putting away a product whose remembered bin is empty

FixedScanning a rack to put a product away no longer fails with "This product is on: . Scan the correct rack." when the product's last known bin is empty. That bin is now shown as the suggested place, and the scan puts the pieces there as usual.

Issue RW and PW in wFirma from a closed inventory round

NewA closed round that covered the whole warehouse can now be turned into wFirma stock documents. An admin opens the round report, clicks Issue RW and PW in wFirma and sees what will be sent: how many goods the RW will zero and how many products the PW will add, which counted products have no matching wFirma good, and which would go in at price 0. Products are matched by SKU first, then by a unique EAN. The documents carry the description you give them, and the round shows which documents were issued, by whom and when. If the RW goes through but the PW fails, the PW can be retried on its own.

Full inventory rounds have a report

NewReports → Full inventory rounds lists every round with its scope, how many locations were closed and how many differences are still open. Open a round to see the per product comparison (counted, source quantity at the time of counting, difference, stock now), the pieces workers took back to another bin, and the products found in several bins at once. A round that is still open shows partial numbers and says so.
NewEvery tab of the round report downloads as CSV, so the differences can be worked through in wFirma, PrestaShop or a spreadsheet.

Help articles describe cycle counting

ImprovedThe scanning guide now has a section on cycle counting: how the bin queue rotates, blind counting, products outside their bin, and where the results go. It also states plainly that counting never changes stock levels and that discrepancies are reviewed in Reports → Location counts.
FixedThe stocktake section claimed that finishing a session updates stock live. It does not; the mode confirms and fixes shelf locations. The guide, the glossary and the introduction now say so.

Full inventory mode

NewScanning has a new tile, Full inventory. An admin starts a round for the whole warehouse or selected racks, workers take bins one by one (scan a bin barcode or tap "Next free bin"), and closing a bin saves its contents exactly as scanned. Several people can count at once; a bin is open by one person at a time.
NewWhen a scanned product belongs to another bin or has no bin yet, the scanner stops and asks whether the product stays here or will be taken back. Pieces you mark to be taken back are recorded as a transfer; the target bin's stock grows only if nobody scanned them there yet, so nothing is counted twice.
ImprovedThe tile formerly called "Stocktake" is now Product locations, which is what it does: confirm and fix where products sit on the shelves.

Location counts for the whole warehouse

NewThe location counts report has a new entry point: View whole warehouse. It opens the combined view with the latest finished count of every bin in the warehouse, so you can count the entire floor first and review everything in one place afterwards. The header shows how many bins have been counted out of all bins that hold stock, together with the date range and the number of open discrepancies. Older counts of the same bin are left out, so no line shows up twice.
ImprovedThe combined view no longer stops at 50 counts. Selected counts are loaded in two queries regardless of how many you tick, instead of two queries per count.
