Base integration
Base is Vintrhall's order source. Connect it to import orders for scanning and to push status changes back to Base after warehouse operations. Vintrhall stays your inventory source of truth — Base provides the orders, not stock.
1. Get your API token
In your Base account, open the API settings and copy (or generate) an API token. The token is a long alphanumeric string.
2. Connect in Vintrhall
Go to Settings → Integrations, add the Base integration, give it a display name, and paste the API token. Vintrhall verifies the token by fetching your account info and shows your company name on success.
3. Required access
The token needs read and write access to orders:

A read-only token can import orders but cannot push status updates back to Base. Grant write access if you want fulfilment to sync back.
4. Use it in scanning
Create a scan process and select this Base connection as the order source. Map Base statuses to your physical buckets. When a scan session finishes, statuses sync back to Base in one batch.
Notes
- Orders only — stock and products are not synced from Base.
- Orders are pulled on demand when you start a scan session.
- One Base connection per organization. The token is stored encrypted.
