wFirma integration
Import your product catalog and current stock from wFirma into Vintrhall. The first run is a full import; later runs sync only what changed (delta). After the import, Vintrhall is your quantity source of truth.
1. Get your wFirma credentials
You need four values:

The app key is issued by wFirma per integration — you may need to request it from wFirma rather than generating it yourself.
2. Connect in Vintrhall
Go to Settings → Integrations → wFirma, enter the access key, secret key, app key and company ID, then Verify (a test API call) and Save.
3. Map warehouses
In the Imports tab, pick the wFirma warehouse to read from and the Vintrhall warehouse to import into. Imported stock lands in the warehouse INBOX (staging) location.
4. Run the import
Click run to fetch the catalog and set stock. Then optionally enable automatic sync on a schedule — later runs only pull products changed since the last run.
Stock documents from a full inventory
When a full inventory round covering the whole warehouse is closed, an admin can issue the matching stock documents straight from the round report (Reports → Full inventory rounds → the round). Vintrhall sends an RW that zeroes the mapped wFirma warehouse, then a PW with everything that was counted, priced at the good's net purchase price. Products that cannot be matched to a wFirma good (by SKU, then by a unique EAN) are listed before you confirm and are left for you to handle. A round covering only selected racks cannot issue documents, and a round can be exported once.
The API key needs permission for warehouse documents
(warehouse_documents). Without it wFirma rejects the RW with an
authorization error.
Notes
- Products are matched to existing Vintrhall products; unmatched items are skipped (no new products are created).
- Goods only — wFirma services are skipped (no stock).
- Synced: name, SKU, EAN, prices, stock count. Not synced: orders, invoices, categories, images.
- Each run sets the wFirma stock in INBOX (snapshot), so repeating a sync is safe.
