WooCommerce integration
Connect your WooCommerce store to import products and keep stock levels in a Vintrhall warehouse in sync with what's live in the shop.
What it does
- Import products pulls products from WooCommerce into Vintrhall, including product variations (each variation becomes its own line with its own SKU).
- Sync stock reads current stock quantities from WooCommerce and updates them in the Vintrhall warehouse you mapped the integration to. This can run on a schedule, so the mapped warehouse keeps following what WooCommerce reports.
Products without a SKU in WooCommerce are skipped, since Vintrhall matches items by SKU. Grouped and external products are skipped too — they don't carry their own stock quantity.
1. Generate a REST API key
In WooCommerce go to Settings → Advanced → REST API and add a new key. Set the permissions to Read/Write.
Use HTTPS for your store. Vintrhall can connect over plain HTTP, but then your API keys are sent as part of the request URL, where server logs and proxies can see them.
2. Connect the store
In Vintrhall, open Integrations and add WooCommerce. Enter:
- Store address — the full store URL, without a trailing
/wp-json. - Consumer key and Consumer secret — the values from the REST API key you just created.
Vintrhall verifies the connection before saving.
3. Pick a target warehouse
Choose the Vintrhall warehouse that WooCommerce products and stock should feed. A warehouse can only be fed by one stock source at a time.
4. Import and sync
Use Import products to pull products into the target warehouse, and Sync stock to pull current stock quantities from WooCommerce. If a schedule is configured, stock sync also runs automatically in the background.
